I am a wife and mother of three humans and one fur baby. I started my health journey back in December 2021 after almost losing my eye sight. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure in 2018 after losing one of my siblings due to the same issues. My sibling went blind after being able to see for 31 years before her passing. When I had the scare in December 2021, I made a vow to myself that I will get my health back on track. The year of 2021 I went through four pairs of glasses because of my vision change. The changes for my vision was due to my A1C being so high, it was at a 12.7, November 2021. When I went for my check up in February 2022, my A1C was at a 7.8. I changed my mindset and lifestyle. My doctor was amazed at my results and asked me how did I do it in such a short time. I told my doctor I was determined and I have so much to live for! Now I’m here! I’ve started a business to help others like myself.
